Stitch.Rock.Knit-along: Chunky Lace Cowl

It’s Stitch.Rock.Knit-along time again! The current issue of Knit Simple Magazine is all about the holidays and to celebrate the festivities, I designed the Cowliday neck warmer. Knit in with a double strand of Sheep(ish) and with a easy lace stitch pattern, this project has all the makings for a great gift item! Whether you’re making one for yourself or someone on that holiday list, I hope you’ll join us on Facebook and/or Ravelry to knit it along together!

The S.R.K-a starts tomorrow, October 9th and will run for about a week. You can join in (by just “showing up”) whenever it works for you, though. All pictures, technique info and how-to help will stay on the boards for as long as you need it.

   I have this magazine and am trying to knit this. What does “S2KP” mean in the pattern? I don’t get it. HELP!

   I am knitting Vickie Howell’s Tri-Light Knit Cowl. I do not see anywhere on the pattern where the cowl comes together, which any cowl would. HELP!
