so cute. wish i could knit… i’m a crochet girl. hmmm maybe i can figure out how to switch it over. still very adorable.

Jeanetta– All you’d have to do is sc the red stripes for about 1/2″ and do the increase row in pink by dc twice in every ch and then maybe doing one more row in dc. Then, do a sc dec all the way across with the red, etc.

HTH! Let me see a picture if you end up making it. E-mail it to jenny@websydaisy.com.

    Thanks!,

Vickie, I’ve been watching Knitty Gritty since discovering it…a few years ago? You wore a white neck scarf, wrapped around your neck twice(?)and ends hanging like a tie. It had a picoed-type edge. I can’t find directions in your shows I’ve been searching. Can you help me? Thanks, Estelle

Cute bag! Hey, Jeanetta, research “Continental Knitting” it is the perfect solution for long-time crocheters. (If you really want to knit, of course….) I picked it up so fast after trying to knit for many years. I have two friends who also just learned this, we have all crocheted for 30+ years, and are finally able to also KNIT!
    happy crafting….
