Thanks so much for the video & the “swatch” pattern for the Checkered Lace Crochet Stitch. I had asked on FB when the pattern was coming out & you answered saying November. Well, I always change things up a bit, so THANK YOU for this, as now I don’t have to wait. You asked us what we are creating. Well, I’m knitting a shawl right now (Malabrigo KAL Temperance Shawl) that has been on my needles for exactly 4 months! It’s really nice, but I’m just not addicted to it. Starting a year ago I got into Mosaic crochet & got ADDICTED. I love it. But I decided to take a break & go back to knitting. I’ve been knitting for 16 years & just started crocheting a bit over 2 years ago. It goes SO MUCH FASTER for me than knitting & fixing mistakes is so easy comparatively. When I’m done with that I plan on doing this checkered lace crochet with some yarn I have in stash, Zauberball Crazy.
Just sprouted mung beans for the first time & they are so delicious in my stir-fry & also in my salads. Much cheaper than buying them at the store for $1.99 per package! Also made some soy yogurt in my Instant Pot.
That’s about all my creativity lately!
Thank you for your joy in bringing us new stitches/projects & for your silly sense of humor. You are much appreciated!!
