This is my favorite way to knit in the round. My problem is that if I cast on with 2 circs, I always have a sloppy, loose join. For some reason, if I cast on with DPNs and knit a couple of rounds then switch to 2 circs — everything looks better. I’ve never figured out what I’m doing to cause this issue! You have inspired me to try to cast on with 2 circs next time. I have 4 hats to work on so I should get lots of practice!
