AwareKnits Officially On Sale–Win Free Copies!

AwareKnits: Knit & Crochet Projects for the Eco-Conscious Stitcher, is officially out on shelves today–I’m so excited about this book!  It’s got tons of handy info on everything from dyeing yarn with beets, to where to recycle your computer, to what exactly makes a fiber organic.  The projects for home & body are all classic & comfy; made from alternative fibers, organic yarns or recycled materials–offering a little something for most stitchers, and every budget!
(L-R: Camisoul (Organic Cotton), Waste Not Gloves (Scrap, Sock Yarn), Natural Calls (Recycled from a thrifted sweater), and Greensleeves (Organic, Merino Wool)

See the rest of the projects from AwareKnits by clicking here!
I have TEN copies to give away in celebration of the launch!  All I ask is that you take a moment to check out the projects in AwareKnits, by clicking here to look at the pictures I’ve put up on Flickr.  Post a comment on this blog (by Monday, October 12th), letting me know which of the projects you’d knit or crochet first, if you had the book.  I’d love to know!  Winners will be chosen at random and announced on this blog on Thursday the 15th.
Of course, if you’re not in the gambling mood and would like to go ahead and just purchase a copy, I wouldn’t hold it against you. 😉  Click here to snag your copy now!
As always, thanks for the support.  I hope you dig this book as much as Adrienne & I do.  We put our hearts into it and are so happy to share it with you!
