I was very lucky to have the arts in my life. Growing up in Harlem, I was raised around artists, musicians and supportive friends and family. We never had much money, but my parents were more than happy to buy me art supplies and yarn. Now want to pay it forward and help bring the arts to kids like me, who would otherwise go without; putting my talents to human service
