HURRAY!!!! I kind of had a feeling that new Knitty Gritty shows were coming up because descriptions of all the delicious new episodes are featured on DIY (after much continuous searching). I'm extremely happy!!!! And congrats to YOU on getting picked up for 26 more episodes. Also, just as as little footnote, the DIY Knitty Gritty book is searchable on amazon.com. It's happily sitting on my wish list, but for the life of me I cannot remember the release date (November maybe?).
Anyhow, Vickie - congratulations on the new episodes. I'd LOVE to meet you in person but since I live on the east coast, I'll just have to hope that someday you do a book tour my way (hint, hint). I cannot begin to tell you how HELPFUL all these shows have been to me, not to mention how FUN they are to watch! I'm actually now working on the skinny scarf from the Candi Jensen scarf show - it's so perfect for cool spring nights. I then plan to work on your kick ass-cot. Hopefully photos will be forthcoming to you. :)
Take care - your great news made my day!!!
Sincerely, Theresa
Finally my TiVo will get some new stuff!
Oh how I want to be a Knitster grrl!
I am totally in love with the "kick ass-cot. thanks for sharing the pattern.
Goody, goody, goody!!!!!!!
You have made the day for bunches of fans.
I absolutely can't wait.
AND----- I just knit my first pair of socks, and I owe it to your KG episode on socks. Repeats of the sock shoe caused it all to make perfect sense.
I am a happy camper!!!!!
Wooohooo! This is great news! I just got hooked up with more cable channels and now I will be able to watch it.
Now, as far as shows go, any chances of hosting a show on Loom Knitting ;), maybe call it a knitting without a needles show....pretty please...for more info on loom knitting, visit my blog or drop me a note :) (big grin, maybe that will win you over, hahahah)
And if you have Scout on the show, I will definitely be taping that one and having it signed by lovely Scout--but she must wear that cowboy hat she had on one of her latest pics, heheheh.
